It has a strong and complex flavor of green olive, chicory, almond and light notes of black pepper making it bitter and spicy. It pairs excellently with red meat dishes, grilled fish, various cheeses, salads and dark chocolate. 0,25 L of green gold in a dark brown glass bottle. Harvest: October 2025.
